I don't subscribe to magazines. I can find everything I need on the internet. I received an invoice back in December of 2017 for Food Network Magazine. I ignored the invoice because I didn't place the order. There wasn't a reach number to discuss the fact that I didn't place an order. There wasn't a web site given to review the order. Last but not least, I have never required any culinary information because I apprenticed as a Chef under Otto Pfenninger in 1966 and 1967 at a restaurant in Flemington, New Jersey. I do not require a recipe or a magazine to prepare a meal fit for a King. I can and do prepare meals far superior to the junk served in many of the restaurants I have previously patronized.

Today, Saturday 02/17/2018, in the mail, I received a Food Network Magazine. There is a plastic cover on the magazine with an invoice attached to the Food Network Magazine. I reluctantly opened the clear plastic wide enough to slip the invoice out of the clear plastic covering the magazine.

Of consequence is the fact that the Food Network Magazine letter head appears to be poorly copied by a dot matrix printer. The second item of interest is the fact that there isn't any way to contact Food Network Magazine. There is no telephone number. The invoice states that you can either mail a check or pay now: pay.foodnetworkmag.com. My attempts to load the internet address as shown/given were fruitless. The activity of loading and attempting to gain access to the site actually lead me to this site.

I see where another individual has had a problem trying to cancel her subscription. Like me she was unable to obtain a telephone number or a valid site address.

I don't understand how a subscription can be invoiced when no order was placed. I am not interested in Food Network Magazine.

Can you assist me in this matter?
