Foot Smart Triple shipped order, but only refunded partial on one order Memphis Tennessee
Tried twice to order on line but the footsmart.com web site froze up. So called on phone and told the sales representative that I had tried twice but failed to complete the order. So ordered on phone. The next morning had notification for three shipments of shoes. Called immediately to try to stop the triple order. Failed to do so. Returned two orders at at cost of $45.60. Footsmart returned one shipment saying it was not eligible to return. The third order was partially refuned with them keeping $14.07. This ended up costing me $232.31 instead of $100.37. Will never do business with this company again.
