Footsmart Shabby customer service Internet
FootSmart sent me the wrong size shoes. Called customer service. Wanted to charge me return mail for their mistake. Requsted supervisor.
Didn't get supverisor, but data center person offered free return mail sticker.
Exchange shoes arrived. Got charged again.
Never got refund for wrong-size shoes again.
In other words, paid for 2 pairs of shoes. Spent 25 minutes on phone (inclueds 15 minutes on hold).
I give up. Lesson learned. Won't use them again.
