My first payday there was no direct deposit. I contacted my manager I was told it was mailed instead. This was done with no notice to me. First it was mailed the day before payday. Then I was told it was mailed on payday. Several days later the check finally arrived. The postmark on the postmark on the envelope was dated 4 days from the day it was supposedly mailed. They claimed it was a mixup in payroll docs. They had the docs all along. Now the second payroll everything should be ok right? WRONG!! I only got $93!! I was due another $500+ I contacted payroll asking them to explain their calculations. This was a Friday morning. Waited until Monday no response. I sent another email which was sterner and I got a response from the payroll manager. She claimed there was an error with the payroll. She will confirm the hours with my manager, send out a check and send out an email. She said this will all be done by the next day. This was a Monday evening. One week later I am still waiting. This company seems to be well established. It does not make sense for them to ruin their reputation by not honoring payroll. In time short time I worked with this company. It seems that they also no not honor their contracts.
