Forclosure Assistance Solutions made us lie on the app and then told us that we lied about our income then told us we just need to sell our house Clearwater Florida
we were sent a postcard stating we were pre approved and they could help us well all that did was tell us to sent $1200.00 and that would be for them to help us save our house and we sent half of the money then never contacted again well we contacted them and they said that we had to send the rest of the money so we did (stupid us).
now these people will not refund our money they say we lied on our app they say thet we told them we had an extra income that we didnt have but we were told by the first person that we ever talked to that we had to inorder to recieve assistance.so now we are screw!! so what now can we do were out of $1200.00 and going to loose our home on dec.27 2006.so thanks to them we are homeless!!!
