FORD ACCEPTANCE ripped off a family in Los Angeles, CA. The family relative passed away and decendant had a life insurance policy that was advanced to a funeral home in Inglewood will call Exquisite in the amount of $5,000.00. The family decided to switch mortuarys for financial reasons. So given the fact that Equisite has no longer the funeral home handling the service, they return the funds to the advance company ($2750) to Ford Acceptance. Ford acceptance than reissued a rubber check to the family which bounced. Then they asked up to write a letter, which was notorized per their request, and send to them, which we did, and they will issue another check.

Well we did what FORD ACCEPTANCE asked and they still have the death benefit funds in the account. Everytime we call they hang up the fund. They claim to be family owned but they act like extremely unprofessional. We have tried to call to resolve this numerous times but they say they dont have to talk to us.

FUNERAL HOMES, DO NOT USE THIS ADVANCE FUNDING COMPANY TO ASSIGN YOUR POLICIES. IF AN ISSUE HAPPENS, THEY WILL MAKE YOUR FUNERAL HOME LOOK BAD!!!
