I was looking to purchase a used car. They had the one I liked transferred the next morning. I never saw the inside until I arrived the next day, it was filthy. It had stains and marks everywhere. Toys, socks and CDs everywhere. Crumbs and chocolate on the seats, vents and harnesses and it had a really bad odor. I was told it would be detailed before I came to test drive it, it clearly wasn’t though they stated it had been. Ricky said it would be cleaned while I was in financing. It wasn’t. I was up there all night Friday and all day Saturday. After financing it wasn’t clean and I had to go and get my own emissions in order to get the car and tag. I was told I would be reimbursed. It’s been 2 months. Still no reimbursement. I was told later I would also be reimbursed for the detailing I personally paid for, still nothing. I called them that Monday to inquire about brining the car back and I did not get a response. The general manager, Jon Couch, waited until the last day and still did not tell me I could return the car. He just made excuses and said he wasn’t apart of this purchase. It wasn’t until a month later that he told me I had until 10pm that date (that had passed) to return the vehicle. He also stated he was unwilling to assist because I had left negative reviews. 

I still have not heard from customer service and have not been reimbursed.
