A 21 year old Ford sedan, which were not the most reliably built vehicles to begin with new, and you think it should be a Lemon Law qualifying ripoff that the 21 year old window regulators are going?
Parts deteriorate over time even without the car being driven, so park the 37k as a factor here. In fact, for some parts, engine included, time spent sitting idle contributes to certain issues.
And we still don't know what your original issue is about. No details, dates or circumstances provided. How long have YOU had the car, by the way, and how many of the 37k are yours, and under what conditions?
Again, all your post possibly stands for is to tell people not to buy a new 21 year old Grand Marquis from Ford.

While I have to agree the quality was very poor, it doesn't qualify under ANY lemon law.

"Hello,
1990 with. 37,000 miles in SHOW ROOM CONDITION. IN MY 43 YEARS OF DRIVING MANY DIFFERENT VEHICLES ... I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM !!! THIS WAS MY PARENTS CAR, WHICH THEY PURCHASED NEW AT THE FORD DEALER IN BRIGHTON MICH.
I HAVE A SECOND ISSUE WITH THE POWER WINDOWS.. BOTH WINDOWS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE WILL NOT GO UP OR DOWN. THE TWO WINDOWS WENT OUT AT THE SAME TIME. THE MOTORS BOTH WORK, BUT NEED MANUAL ASSISTANCE TO WORK. THE CAR WAS WASHED AND CLEANED REGULARLY, AND PARKED IN THE GARAGE.
THIS FORD GRAND MARQUISE MERCURY'S LACK OF QUALITY IS UNACCEPTABLE !!! THIS SHOULD BE A LEMON LAW ISSUE.
THANK-YOU,
JAMES C. NORRIS."
The car is 21 years old and the warranties expired decades ago. NOBODY would even consider applying Lemon Laws to a car this old.
My son's '96 Crown Victoria has had ALL window regulators fail, some more than once, intake manifold problems, steering problems, air suspension total failure, starting problems and more I've probably forgotten.
He also takes great care of his car.
Sorry for your troubles, but I own a '96 van and have had a fair amount of repair on it, but I expect it, I've owned it for 15 years now. Not a lemon, just some parts wearing out. If it gets excessive, it's off to the salvage yard. This van is parked inside, has a regular maintenance schedule and still, one can expect to have some problems.

The only thing that is a "lemon" is this report.
Are you really complaining about a Heater Control Lever and Power Windows that are having a problem on an 21 year old car with 37,000 miles?

Lord, could you possibly make a more undetailed complaint than this?
What year vehicle? How long did you have it? Still under warranty or not, and if so was replacement part paid for under it? How long since first replacement and if vehicle no longer under warranty, is the failed replacement still under one? Who did replacement? Who supplied part and was it OEM?
Nobody is NOT going to buy a Ford based on your unhelpful post.

What company did the work? Was the work done by a Ford dealer? Is it still under warranty? Warranty covers replacement not refunds.
