Ford Motor Co wont stand behind their cars Deerborne Michigan
after contacting ford with a leaking intake manifold on a 99 mustang gt and requesting my 279.00 back for the new one on the car,that only has 77k miles the lady told me that they could not help me because there is already a 7 yr lawsuit on this item and the 7 yrs is up, dont want a new car dont want a new engine I want my 279.00 back for the intake that they know is faulty anyway, who the hell makes a intake out of plastic and if my wife didnt like the car so much I would trade the thing tomorrow , what happend to CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ????
