Ford Motor Company 2002 Ford F-150 Engineering Mistake (Blown Spark Plug) Costly & Potentially Dangerous Dearborn Michigan
Add my 2002 Ford F-150 to the VERY LONG LIST of consumers' Ford Engines that blow spark plugs. At 95,000 miles cyclinder #4 blew out a spark plug and a coil pack to go with it. 4,000 miles later cyclinder #5 blew out also. I guess I have six more to go. Besides the tons of my hard earned money thrown out the window on a fairly new vehicle for repairs, towing, etc., I am also concerned of the safety issues that my occur.
I can definately say that I noticed when both of my plugs blew that I smelled a VERY strong presence of GAS odor. That would be the injectors pumping fuel even after the plug shoots out of the cyclinder head. I guess Ford MAY act on their engineering screw-up to calm the media when a poor human being dies or gets badly hurt/burnt. They'll try to sooth things/media with a belated recall but only when it's too late just like the Firestone tire issue.

Dear Anthony, To most people, a blown spark-plug is not a big deal. If you want your story to get recognition from many Americans as well as the News Stations you must give it impact! I know what I'm doing. I was on T.V. in Denver exposing Car Dealers on 5-18-2005. You can go to www.9news.com and type in ORNELAS and search the story that made the Front Page of the Denver Post on 5-19-2005 and still watch the Video! Video from 9News, the #1 Most Watched Station!!
Also, the FEATURED STORY on the FRONT PAGE of this website was sent in by me two days ago-'Toyota CEO Can't Stand The Heat!" Guess what? He quit! I'm just trying to HELP get your message across. Too bad you can't see that!

Karl,
Thanks for successfully JACKING my thread. People like yourself make the internet a frustrating place. Could future posters to this thread stay on the subject matter and not distract the point of the thread.
I wish the admins of the site would monitor threads with more care so crap like this doesn't go live.

Spark plugs shooting out of Ford engines, sludge filled engines at Toyota, a Senator from Idaho looking for sex in a Minneapolis Airport bathroom, CEO's being convicted of FRAUD and deceiving the Shareholders, innocent people being TRICKED into 'Creative Financing' when purchasing homes, and much, much, more!
It's time for Americans to take control! Ford and Toyota are PUBLICLY HELD companies. The public needs to act!! Bombard your News Stations with LETTERS. Write a letter, you'll feel better!
