I contacted Ford when my car begin having trouble with its sensors. I took it in to have all of the recall parts replaced and the work was done for free. However, I was responsible for obtaining a replacement vechicle. I was assured that this was the only problem with the car. To my surprise the motor and oxygen sensors repeatly malfunctioned and had to be replaced at my expense. They cost 400+ dollars each time not to mention the cost of the rentals.

Now, I have contacted Ford again to ask them to pay for the cost because their mechanics cannot explain to me why the parts keep malfunctioning. Ford should stand by their products, they should have replaced this car 3 years ago instead of denying that there was ever a problem. How can the same parts break time after time and that not send the message that there is a bigger problem with the car?
