Ford Motor Company FOCUS is a RIPOFF I don't think this is what Henry had in mind when he founded Ford Motor Company! Nationwide

I purchased a 2000 Ford Focus in April, 2000. It has been nothing but a headache. The car currently has 60,000 miles; in three years there have been NUMEROUS recalls (which usually takes forever because the dealership doesn't have the parts?), the brakes have been replaced twice and need to be replaced again, and worst of all, the engine just blew up and the warranty company refused to pay for the repairs. I have tried to get rid of the car but it's not worth anything near what I still owe.

On top of that, I had purchased a 2000 Focus in March, 2000 that was totaled one week later. After the insurance company settlement and the deductible, there was an $1800 balance -- I had purchased gap insurance, unfortunatly, the dealer never submitted the application to the gap insurance company. Three years later, I am still involved in a legal battle with Ford -- I refuse to pay monies I don't owe!

I don't think this is what Henry had in mind when he founded Ford Motor Company!!
