Hi I bought my acr in a ford dealer oene year ago, since I aws going to buy a sport car I decided to buy a ford extended warranty. I ask the person taht sold me the car if it covers the engine, he said yes ford will pay for every thing.

one year later my engine broke, so I took the car to the dealer and they told me that yes my engine was cover but they will not fixed because it was too expesive and in my contract in some microscopic word it says ford will only pay from the blue book value only half of the price of the vehicle.

now I have to pay 250 dollars so they will release my car even they didn't du any work on my car. They gave me an 1800 # to call ford and I did. I asksed why the person that sold me the warranty never explain to me how much money ford will pay to fix my car. but they said they will se why Phill Long ford make that mistake and they will call back, but they never call back.

that is why im mad and I want the people to bought a ford warranty not to think they have the warranty they sold them, because if your engine breaks and you bought an used car. ford will tell you that it is too expensive and will not fixed because the blue book value.
