Recently I bought a 2010 FORD Taurus but there was NO owners manual so via a
local dealer order an owners manual for $ 50.00 plus tax. After I got home I opened
the package and there was NO Navigation manual, my car has factory nav also
as with every new car all manuals are stored in a folder. I clearly thought for 50.00
that would include a folder to store the manuals plus the navigation booklet.

I complainted to the Detroit BBB and it was sent on to FORd Customer Service. I recv'd.
a letter from FORD informing I can download for free all manuals. Sorry folks but
200 pages off my computer is hardly FREE! and I still need and want the storage
case.....besides.........stuffing 200 pages in a small glovebox !!! FORDs letter also
informed be my case was final and closed and an email from the kiss a** Detroit BBB
agreed w/o letting me respond to the final which is always allowed! Ripped OFF

I sure was................I still need a storage folder and my Taurus factory Navigation
is still missing an owners manual!

The BBB has absolutely zero power to do anything. Are you aware the BBB has no connection to ANY government body? The main purpose of the BBB is to SELL phoney accreditations to anyone who is willing to pay.
