My son Leonard Crawford received a recall notice on his ford fusion concerning the passenger airbag. He was told it is not safe for a passenger to sit there. My son is in a wheelchair, and he always puts his wheelchair in the backseat, so now there is no where for his passenger to sit. Ford informed him that he could rent a car until the part came in for his car.

He contacted ford and Enterprise car rental and rented a car. This took a while because he had to have the handcontrolls on the sterring wheel. He had the car several weeks when Enterprise contacted him and told him Ford was not paying. As of this day Enterprise has debted my son account for over $2,000 which cause his account to be overdrawn, and checks to bounce. I contacted Ford and was toldd they would reenbursed him the money, but received a letter today denying the claim.

As I stated my son is disabled, and lives with me his mom who is also disabled. We do not have the money to pay this rental car. I think this is horrible what Ford has done, and I am looking for an attorney that we will sue Ford. A big company that will not reenburse for this car. We have always owned Ford cars. Between my husband who is deceased we have purchase at least 12 cars and trucks, but know more. I will go on every social media site and tell my story. Looking for a good lawyer.
