Ford of Ocala Villages Ford Worst Dealership Ever, Do Not Buy From Here Ocala Florida
I bought two cars on 4/2 from this dealership. The first one I checked online to ensure that I was getting a fair price, the second one, after being there all day, I failed to check. I fell prey to a typical dealer tactic, keep you there all day to wear you down.
I assumed that since the first car was within reason, that he second one would follow suite. I was never so wrong in my life. They sold me a car worth $12K for $18K. When I realized what had happened, and that the car was also a little small for my family, they offered me a choice of 2 used cars. If I picked the better car my trade was worth $2K less than if I picked the one that they knew that I would pass over. I had them work up both deals to see the difference, when I went to the F/I manager, she was even confused as to why my trade in was worth $2K less if I were to choose the car that was a better fit for my family. Greg Baker was making sure that he stole from me again and I am now $8K under in this deal.
The first deal he printed out his version of the KBB value which was $26K, my research indicated $23K for a fair purchase price. However, it had several upgrades that were hard to identify online, so I went with it. Three months later I realized the trade in value is only about $18K, he got me again.
They refused to let me speak with the GM Steve Holosi after I made several requests. This place sucks, they are thieves and please do not go there especially if you are a veteran like myself.

Your dissatisfaction with your vehicle choice and the price is a classic case of buyer’s remorse.
