Complaint Review: Ford or Kirkland Best Chance Auto Loan

Ford or Kirkland, Best Chance Auto Loan cial Finance Director - Scott Creason I was misled when I met with Matt Almaden from Best Chance Auto Loan. He did not inform me right away that my loan application/approval was for a purchase of a used vehicle from ONLY the Ford of Kirkl Kirkland, Washington

Best Chance Auto Loan does not advertise themselves to be a middleman for auto loans for purchase of a vehicle that is limited to only the inventory of Ford of Kirkland.  It was only after I had completed the loan application that I was told that my choice in vehicle was limited to Ford of Kirkland's inventory only.

I went to Best Chance Auto Loan to get a loan for a car that I had found from a different franchise dealership.  I had no idea that I had to pick a car from Ford of Kirkland before they can process my loan application.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own.  I felt pressured into buying a car.

Ten days later I received a call from their Special Finance Director who told me that the lender didn't approve the addition of Gap Insurance for the vehicle.  Since they were asking me to come back to resign the paperwork, I asked them "if I don't sign the new paperwork, does that mean the contract is null and void and I return the car?".

After I said this, the tone of this director, Scott Creason, changed from acting like he was my friend, to a very condescending tone and defensive when he asked "Where is this coming from? I gave you an awesome deal for an awesome car!"

I am going to pursue trying to return this vehicle. Best Chance Auto Loan and Ford of Kirkland does not deserve my business, especially when they take advantage of a female first-time buyer and bully her to buying and keeping a car she didn't want.
