Forecast Homes - K. Hovnanian Ripoff, Don't be fooled by Forecast homes in Quail Valley, Liars... Liars... Liars! Temecula California
My husband and I started looking for our home in December 2004 our search ended in Jaunuay of 2005. Forecast homes appeared to be the perfect community for our growing family. That very same day we completed the pre-qual. app. and the very next day we were informed we quailifed and brought down our $2,000 deposit to hold the home.
Our move in date was April 22, 2005, then changed to April 29 then May 13th, then May 27th, then June 10th, then June 24th. As of yesterday June 12th my move in date has been now changed to June 30th, which I am sure will change.
Needless to say I sold my home had to move out May 19th, (exteded escrow as long as I possibly could). My family is in complete termoil, my husband and son live in Menifee and our daughter and myself live in San Diego, our much loved family dog is at a pet motel, our fish and turtle are at a neighbors and the bird is with us in San Diego.
I have made several attempts to contact the corp. office and reach the "TOP" guy Maurice Moody, but he will not return my phone calls. The sells reps. (Jim Conners and JoAnne Ayers) at the new home site blame it all on him and state that they are just the "middle people" and are only relaying the message and are simply the bearer of bad news.
What ever you do, DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM FORECAST HOMES! My husband and I have been searching for another new home and are having no luck with any quick move-ins.
Forecast homes is a rip off and have horrible customer service, beware of them and K. Hovnanian (their parent company).

Forecast Homes of Temecula, Ca builders of Canyon Heights Community in Quail Valley are still dishonest, rude, foul mouthed, ignorant, arrogant, money hungry, non-family orientated, selfish people.

I have made several attempts to contact Forecast Homes in reference to a move-in date. My move-in date keeps getting pushed back because Forecast Homes is doing something very wrong and can't seem to pass several inspections by the County of Riverside. But exaclty what they are doing wrong, they wont say.
While speaking to the sales lady, JoAnn Ayers (if you can call her a lady) she told me she would have someone call me with answers, still no phone call.
If there is anyone else out there moving in the Canyon Heights Community please post something about your move-in dates, or if you possibly know what is going on with the county please advise.
Thanks.
