FORECAST HOMES ripoff, LIARS, FRAUDULENT, UNCOUTH, GREEDY, DISRESPECTFUL ripoff business from hell false promises LAKE ELSINORE California
We purchased our Forecast home in May of 2002.
We were lied to,treated very badly and strung along.we also used Forecast Home Mortgage which made things even worse.
Our loan docs were'nt ready we had to go to a hotel,we had a loaded thirty foot truck outside the sales office for five days wearing the same clothes for six days.
We finally moved in on June 24 and found we had no power.It took them five days to repair the conduit under the street to get us power and even then the air conditioning didn't work until the following Monday.
Eight days with two kids and no air in 106 degree weather.Our doors won't lock,our stove is broken,there is a whole in our slider making all bugs come in,the kitchen cabinets aren't finished,there are cracks in the walls and our fence is broken too.
Our first home experience has been a nightmare.
Class action lawsuit...heck ya!
