Foreclosure Agency Don't Do Business With this Company Internet
My husband and I are looking to buy a house. We are thinking a forclosure would be a good deal. We received a text message saying the Foreclosure agency has a lot of foreclosed homes in our area. We called their number Christmas Eve, 2009. When I first started talking to the gentleman, I was skeptical. I asked him if he was any part of Bargain Network and he assured me other wise. The only way we could find out about any of these houses was to pay $1.95 up front. That gets you to their website. We have 7 days to cancel. He assured me there is absolutely no other charges. I paid the 1.95. Got on the website. Could not find that much information, of course the houses are listed, but no info. Contacted customer service and they told me the reason I could not get any more info. is because I use yahoo. This was not told to me before I made the purchase. Also, another 19.90 was deducted without my approval. The man I talked to this morning told me i had not read the fine print. What fine print, I did all of this over the phone. This is another one of those scams, that are offering you something fantastic and have nothing to back it up. I probably will not get my money back, so I am warning all of you that are looking for a house, use the newspaper, word of mouth or a little legwork. Don't be gullible like me. Don't use a fly-by-night agency that can't deliver. I should have known that if you have to use cell phones to advertise your business, then it is not a business.
