This company claims that they provide the opportunity for anyone to go through the process to become a inspector of foreclosed homes.  They require a background check and stress that you can provide your own.

There background check is $89.  If you provide your own, you must have it verified by an attorney.  When I applied to this company I decided to send in the $89 because I knew that would be cheaper than paying an attorney.

I followed their instructions to the "T".  I completed all of the paperwork, which is volumous!  I visited the targeted home that you must do an inspection on following their instructions.  Providing pictures of the home is suggested, not required, I provided professional copies of the pictures I took.

At first I was going to mail in the packet, I decided it would be better to hand deliver it so that we could meet each other and be able to put faces with names.  I also felt that this would demonstrate that I was willing to go above the minimum requirements.

I had been communicating with a woman named Becky throughout the process and she also assigned me the target house.  I waited the 5 days that they tell you to wait to allow them to process the information.  After the 5 days I called and inquired of Becky the status of my application.

Becky told me that I would be contacted by a supervisor named "Tony" as he had my paperwork.  It has been a week, I decided to call and tell them that I felt that they were very unprofessional in their response time.

When I called, all of their phones have been disconnected, even the out of state numbers!

I decided to check the web to see if they simply changed their numbers.  That's when I discovered that they have been labeled a scam.  In their (Foreclosure Bank Inspector Co.) attempt to refute the claims that they are a scam, they say that they have contractors working full time, they have contracts and have plenty of business.

If you are not a scam, why turn off your phones?  I personally feel violated and scammed.  I heard about this company from Jay Vincent when we were at Barber Love barber shop in Lansing, MI on the corner of Clemens and Michigan Avenue.

I had put a dishwasher in Jay's home a few years previous of our conversation.  Jay told me that this would be a great addition to what I do and that could make about $750.00/week doing this.

I am disappointed in Jay and his company.  I hate to think of him as a scammer as I had previously had a great amount of respect and adoration for him.  I would not recommend anyone to this or any other business venture that he has or may have.
