This is just NFSAmerica under another name. If you look at the Ripoff report for NFSAmerica, you will see what kind of a scam this is. Schneider just decided to change names again in order to stay one step ahead of his creditors and clients. Scam.com, the Complaint Board, Merchant Circle and others all have numerous postings about this crook. He has scammed the public along with his employees and just keeps rolling along. Now it seems he is taking client money that these poor homeowners think is sitting in an attorney escrow account and is using it to repair a building that was damaged in a mysterious fire, the same building that was seized by the county for failure to pay taxes.

Foreclosure Defense Solution is really NFSAmerica, aka National Foreclosure Solutions, aka NFS, aka Everest Management Solutions, aka FDS. Lee Schneider the scam artist that owns this boiler room keeps changing the name to avoid refunding money paid by distressed home owners that he ripped off. He tells people that they are hiring a law firm to help them save their homes and that the fees they are paying are really just a retainer that sits in the attorney's escrow account. Of course the attorney never meets with the client or does any work on the case, he only rents his name to Schneider in order to get around the law that prevents up front fees for loan modifications. The money goes right to Schneider. The law was put in place because of scam artists like Schneider. The only thing these poor people get for their $3,000 is a clerk, not even a paralegal, filling out some forms for their lender that they  could easily do themselves or get a HUD agency representative to do for free.
