Well now I am on my last and final forebarence agreement with Ocwen. According to them the last 2 my payments were late so now I am on my final one. That is gone 2 at first I thought maybe it was me but then when the same thing happened on this last one I started investigating.

I made sure that my payments were on time for the mere fact that I knew this was my last agreement. They do not post the payments when the receive them some are 2-3 days later or even later then that. Oh yea and to make matter worse when I got on the forberance agreement I was told that my payment were a certain amount.

I am on unemployment right now so I saved the money and sent it in. 2 days before my payment was due I received a statement and the payment was double. I was told it was due to my escrow account and I asked to be reevaluated and they said no. I asked for some type of explaination on paper and didnt receive any so I told them until then I was paying what I had signed to pay. Papers were supposidly on the way but they never found their way to my house.

Now I am in breach of contract again and I am being told that the escrow amount is for the last 2 years insurance and taxes. Well I paid the taxes myself the first year. I think we need to come up with a class action suit against them.

I am contacting a lawyer about this matter. Seems to me they take people with bad credit and know they cant do anything about the loan and cant afford a lawyer so they are screwed take their property and sell it at a profit. If there is anyone interested in fight them please contact me. If there is anyone willing to offer any help or information please contact me.

Well it is a week later and Ocwen still has not returned my calls. I have gotten my Feb. payment back and was told it was not enough to bring my account upto date. The last conversation I had I was told I needed to have 18000 to bring my account up to date this is from the law firm of Moss, Cadilis, Pryor and whatever the other scam artists names are. According to my monthly statements it is 12000 dollars and my payoff is about 55000. I was also told that the payoff is about 68-69 thousand. I didnt even finance that much when I purchased the home. I am going to hire a lawyer and find out if they will respond to him. I just dont understand how they can add all these other charges and not explain them or show proof that you really owe them. Will keep you informed.
