Foreclosure School ripoff Norwalk Connecticut
My credit card was used to purchase this product. I have returned the product to Jordan Publishing in May of 2004. I have called several times to have it removed from my card and It is now August and It still remains on my account. I can not get any where with this issue.

it is about time some form of regulations be put into place to deter crooked and fradulent commercials from reaching unsuspecting consumers. no television or phone even internet advertising should be allowed without some senior exec from purporting company registering some form of liability that in the event something went wrong they will be held fully accountable. at this time i am trying to contact jordan publishing from whom i thought was marketing a good product, to the contrary it turned out to be disaster. now what must i do to recover my loss?

I too was ripped off by them. I never agreed to the inflated charge of $297, nor did I receive a product of any kind. I have no record of ever authorizing a transaction as well. I expect that I will be bouncing checks because of this transaction and plan on suing for damages.
It's funny that when I called my bank about getting contact information on the company that they did not submit any with the transaction. Most good companies do but this isn't a good company.

I found that my bank account had been deducted $279.00 & I haven't received anything in return. I don't know what this is anyway. I don't have anything to return to get a refund.
