Foreclosure World Jordan Publishing ripoff charged account after return of merchandise Norwalk Connecticut
I returned merchandise within 30 day period. There was a hold on my checking account until the bank's computers updated overnight on July 1. On July 1, 2004, I spoke to a service representative from Jordan Publishing who said the funds would be released that night (which is the same as what the bank said). On July 2, I called my bank because the funds in my account were still being held, but they would release the funds. Currently my account is overdrawn because of this transaction and I don't know what to do.
