Foreclosures Daily Mike Perisi, Mike Kane Foreclosures Daily Did Not Provide Me With Active Probate Leads! Instead they sold me outdated data. Largo, Florida
On November 3, 2011 I was contacted by Teshia Hargadine to purchase Probate Leads. I said I was interested so she informed a guy by the name of Mike Perisi would call me. When Mike Perisi called me he said he was the owner. After listening to his pitch and being referred to him by Preston Ely I purchased 12 weeks for $499.00 or $40/week which I thought was a fair deal.
I was supposed to get leads the following Monday no later than Tuesday 11/8/2011 per Mike Perisi the owner. On 11/8/2011 I contacted Teshia Hargadine requesting a Receipt for my purchase as well as Status of my leads. Here is her reply:
Please see attached receipt. As far as your Probate leads you should have already received those or you will by the end of the business day! Thank you for your patience and if you need anything please feel free to call me on my direct line listed below.

On 11/11/2011 Feeling the worst I requested a refund as I had still not received my leads. I received a reply from Teshia Hargadine that the leads only come out once a week in Maricopa County. THAT IS A LOAD OF CRAP!! THE NEW PROBATE LEADS COME OUT DAILY!!!! I have been down at the court house 2 or 3 times since taking a course and know d**n well they come out daily. If you go to the downtown office they print them and place them in a basket DAILY !!!
On Tuesday 11/15/011 eleven days after purchasing leads I received an excel spread sheet that had 19 supposedly new probate leads that were recorded that previous week. What I received was a list of out dated and CLOSED Probate Cases. Not one lead was a lead from the previous week. Most of the data was from Probate cases that were opened in 2009!!! Two years prior. What they gave me was out dated, and CLOSED Probate Cases.
I have left messages for Mike Perisi as well as for Mike Kane (the other owner) to call me back or refund me my money. Neither one will return my calls or my emails.
The only person that has at least responded to my request is Teshia Hargadine , which she has NO authorization to refund me my money.
At this time I am still requesting a refund.

They have stolen my money and will not return it!!
My only choice now is to file a lis pendens against the company and file a report with the FTC and Attorney General Of Arizona as well as the BBB in Largo, Florida.
