ForeclosuresDaily - Michael Kane they did not honor their unconditional money back guarantee. when you completed a shorts sale deal within 1 year of membership through their organization. We completed a successful short sale deal and closed in Junre 2008 and now they are refusing to pay the $7,000 which they financed with the promise that it will refunded back to you on completion of your 1st deal through them Largo Florida

In either September or October 2007 we became members of Foreclosures Daily and was financed by a Bank they used for the cost of their System ($7,000). After submitting our first deal to them through their Loss Mitigation Services and paying their required fee of $300. and receiving no response for several days which ran into weeks, all through the Month of November, at which time the Thanksgiving holidays came and our file was handled by one person name (Jenny Engelke). After several emails and telephone calls I later found out that she had left on vacation for over a week. Our file was handled by someone else who also left us stranded without an answer from the Lender (which was the Bank).

I decided to call the Lender myself to find out what was the stataus with my short sale request and was eventually given an approval, which I submitted to them for processing of sale and close of short sale of homeowner's residence. We lost our $300 and the short sale approval expired on December 26, 2007 and we were told that we could no longer pursue this deal.

Around February 2008 I again submitted another short sale on another homeowner's home for processing, after being told that they would consider the $300 which I lost on the first deal to do so. I personally handled all the loss mitigation procedures for a period of about 5 month before I finally received a short sale approval from the lender. This letter expired in March and I continued to get extensions on it until I found a buyer in May 2008. Closing was set for June 4, 2008 which was successful.

I have documents stating that "If within one year from the purchase, you complete a deal with the Foreclosures Daily Short Sale team, show us proof
(copy of the check, HUD statement, and a glowing testimonial)- and we'll cut you a check for the entire purchase price of the kit. This was dated Oct. 16, 2007.

We attended an intensive foreclosure training for 3 days in June this year and discussed this with Mr. Michael Kane, President, who promised that as soon as he got back to the office he will have this request processed. So far we are just getting the run around in getting our $7,000 paid off, and we are making payment every month on this credit.

This has caused us considerable sssstress and anxiety,and we feel that we have been ripped-off by this Company and we are still in debt for this amount of money ($7,000)
