i got a email from this copany for a free 7 day trial, started my free trial on jan. 21st 2009. it was a cool site, started looking at homes. then on the fifth day of my trial i wanted to know how to cancel the free trial. so i looked at the terms and conditions, it said that i would need to send a email, 5 days prior to cancellation, or fax them, or call them. so i tried calling their 1-800 number. called at 9 am on jan. 26, 2009, i was hoping to cancel the account with plenty of time left. i waited for 15 minutes for somebody from customer service to pick up, but nobody did. tried calling agian at 11 am. still no answer. left voice messages 3 to 4 times hoping they would call me back. but they never did. called everyday after and still nobody picked up.

on jan 28, 2009 the free trial was up so they charged my debit account 79.95. they also charged me 39.95 today for something else a one time deal on another site.im still trying to get a hold of them and cancel the account. if anyone can help me please do so. thankyou.
