Complaint Review: Forest Lake Solutions

Forest Lake Solutions customer ripoff and credit card fraud no product cc was charged no response Tustin California .....

Ordered a CD-R drive. Product did not arrive after specified arrival date. Waited 3 additional weeks, still no product.

Called numerous times with a single successful call. Asked for an immediate refund of my money. Gave me a half-assed explination that the refund could not be processed because there was something wrong with my credit card. I asked for a check refund. Was told that I would receive it in one week. No refund received after 3 months.

These are total scam artists. This is credit card fraud punishable by prison time. My product cost me over $110. A imagine that a significant amount of money has been fradulently transacted from all the people that have been ripped off.

I sincerely wish that these scum are brought to justice and they never see the light of day again. If this does not happen, I consider this government to be BROKEN. This is a classic case of btalant credit card fraud.
