Complaint Review: Forestree/Filip Paszkowski

Used Forestree to cut down a tree behind my home(05/03/17). He left a pile of wood that was supposed to be hauled away, keeps saying he will come back but doesn't. Also had asked him to cut down a bush that is back there too and gave him another $100 in hand before he left to come back and take care of the bush, stupid me. He said he had to leave because he had an emergency. Hasn't come back. left two voicemails that he would be back, never showed. He gives you a choice of a free tree or getting $100 worth of merchandise at Paulino Gardens, which is what I chose. Not happening. Used Forstree in the past to take out three trees that had died. He said he would come back with stuff to take care of the stumps but never did. I had not asked for that so I didn't mind he didn't come back but it figured.

Also I am texting with someone who says he is foreman of the company as I write this. Long story short he is saying they will come get the wood and the shrub for free. (we'll see) he is claiming that work was done for free when I paid in full the agreed price and gave Filip $100 in his hand.
