I bought samples of two products. Never got them. So when I got the two products I thought they were the samples. So I can't send them back because I opened them. I also didn't know they were going to charge me for a monthly subscription. It wasn't clear. I didn't know where to claim for the samples because I never got a receipt for them. So I was made to pay for a product l didn't order.
