Beware of the owners of this company (Ron & Jennifer Zemp). They started out as owners of Club Tan in Hillsboro, OR. They closed their doors and reopened under a new name called Forever Young Oregon. In the middle of the night a couple weeks ago they closed their doors leaving clients and employees out of thousands of dollars.
