David Safai founded a company in Costa Rica called Pegasus Testing Service since 26 february 2008.

His performance at the beginning was excellent. The projection that showed the company was great, because it was a unique company with a very large market in the line of mobile phones.

The company started with 6 employees, about four months the company came to have over 100 employees, approximately 130, we join more than 6000 monthly phone! With a quality level of 95% being in a good position as a company.

Unfortunately Mr David Safai, would not continue with the company in Costa Rica
from 15 October 2010.

If at least would have been 'responsible' but I can not say it, David Safai left in Costa Rica,
many debts of job responsibilities to employees.

(Not paying them their rights, their legal representative would only say,
go home and we closed the operations in this company are not going to pay).

Lease let local debts, tax
debts, and many others!

Me as a former employee of this company, I bear witness of the evil step that left David Safai in Costa Rica!

David Safai Pegasus Closing

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Mon, December 06, 2010

Pegasus was a company founded in Costa Rica by David Safai to remanufacture wireless phones.  The company started out doing well yet unfortunately due to the comopetition of pricing, remanufacturing of phones in China cost 35% less than it does in Costa Rica and over 50% less than what it costs in the United States.  MicroCell Communicaitons does not own Pegasus and was only a customer of Pegasus for the last two years.  While many efforts were made to keep the company going unfortunately nothing would help lower costs and there was no way to compete with Asia pricing. Pegasus was not able to survive and thus was forced into liquidation.

During the liquidation and closing process, David Safai made a huge lump sum contribution to be distributed to the employees even though the company had no legal obligation to make this payment.

David Safai did not want to close down Pegasus and took a very large loss in the closing of the company.
