James A. Thomas Jr. who owns a home at (((REDACTED))) rented a room from me for over 2 years due to his lies that he would be renting temporarily while he renovated his home.

After non payment of rent from April -J 2019, maggots, filth, lies, the sale of Oxycotin, stealinry house rule, changing locks without my knowledge or permission, pathological lying, the purchasing of vile porn, inappropriate relationships with spending young people,ost of his money in Ukrainian women, breaking eve and the police always called on me too many times to count, never washing his clothes in years, he has been evicted.
