they lost the order for 10 days.

they took 3 days to find the order.

they promised fedex next day. order failed to arrive.

Many products sold at ForMyAuto are custom sewn at the time of the order for the customer's specific vehicle. This means the order must be prepaid, and the shipment time will vary.

ForMyAuto makes all efforts to notify the customer if there is any substantial delay in the shipment time of custom made products -- which is usually 5-10 business days.

ForMyAuto made every reasonable effort to ease the inconvience Anthony experienced.
