My Story:

I went to www.forsaken-farmers.com to order a leveling package assuming everything would be fine and they would level my character for what I paid.

I tried contacting the leveler in game who said he was from china and was using a glider bot. Not only was I upset as I was told a US leveler was doing the order, but Blizzard specifically says if you have any asian IP's or use a bot at all, your account will get banned. I was worried, so I contacted support who said it will be okay, your order will be fine. Well, a few hours later, it was banned.

When I contacted support to fix the issue, they told me they would start the order again, but never did. I tried to file a dispute with paypal, but it was over the estimated time to do the dispute.

So I am out of money, and no account.

Has never been a customer of ours and searching our customer database, we do not even have a Dwayne with the first initial of R. We are requesting that Mr. Dwayne please provide proof that he has indeed been a customer of ours and the conversation he speaks of.

Hi, I am the President of Forsaken-Farmers.

1. Dwayne (First Name) in our system

2. Yes we have staff in china but we do not hide this and it's stated on our site.

3. All of our China computers connect to US VPN Servers for US IP address or EU VPN Servers for EU IP Address.

4. None of our Chinese Staff use bots (glider included) and it's all done by hand this is a very strict policy.

5. Our Chinese staff is instructed to not talk to people in-game because most do not speak English very well and broken English is a big sign of someone else on your account.

6. We do provide US/EU botting but ONLY for specifically stated packages and special requests.

7. Our refund policy is very specific and we do not offer free remakes. If a customer's account is suspended or closed we will offer a partial refund for the work not completed on the order.

8. You have 45 Days to submit a dispute with PayPal from the day you placed the order. Majority of all orders only last a few days and if this is indeed a valid claim the individual would have had more then enough remaining time to file a dispute.

Besides the fact that we can not find a user in our system with the first name of "Dwayne", majority of the information he claims in his report is incorrect and contradicts our company's policies and procedures.

If there was a valid compliant we would have resolved it as you can see from our company's reputation. If you have any further questions please contact me.
