Forsyth Motor Sports Lemon cycle ripoff Winston Salem North Carolina
Forsyth Motor Sports sold me a 2001 silverado roadstar 1600. They told me at time of sale it was a 1700 and nothing was wrong with the bike. I road it to a friends house to show it off and heard a loud ticking in the front cylinder.
I took it back and they said they would check it out and found nothing wrong. So I took it to Mt. Airy Yamaha and they found several things like bad cams, push rods, rocker arm and lots of metal and trash in oil.
Total cost was over 1600 dollars and all of the fall season of riding. They are great at selling lemons on two wheels

Well, Don, will you EVER buy another used vehicle before having a trusted mechanic check it?

Your account reads as though you might have been in a real hurry to buy a bike..... but "Haste makes Waste".....
Maybe next time you intend to spend money, you will slow wayyy down and check everything out VERY carefully, and better yet, get yourself some knowlegeable guidance.
It is better to walk away from a good deal than to be badly burned by a hasty bad deal.... the hard-to-learn trick is to know which is which....
