Complaint Review: Forsythe Data Equipment

I recieved the same 9 page fax that everyone else here is complaining about. It arrived at 4:30 a.m. in my home office. What I don't understand is other than being annoying and wasteful where is the rip-off?

I mean even if they were phishing for credit card numbers you can't fax back to them since no number is provided.

So the only thing I can think of is that they have a list of fax numbers and are trying to validate those working and those not working....but 9 pages...it just doesn't make sense..

Anyone know of any govt. agency to report this sort of thing to?
