Complaint Review: Forsythe Data Equipment

This is the "second" faxed invoice our non-profit company has received from this so-called company. The first one was discarded because of, lack-of contact information. Today I remembered receiving this same paperwork many, many months ago and sure enough the same invoice date of April 22 was on it.

My co-worker also took an extra step and tried to locate the zip code thru the USPS and guess what, it doesn't exist. All San Diego zips start with 92. So, I'm unsure as to the objective of this individual, but if any large corporation sent them some money, good news, it will come back in the mail! I just hate that they keep wasting my ink and paper!
