THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!! Discussed everything we needed and wanted with salesman after all is said I signed contract.
After a week I am getting a phone call to deliver my product. Told them I am not ready for delivery and they said okay. Next thing I know I am receiving an invoice for over $1,000.00 for storage! I told them to deliver my trusses they then in turn sent part of it and then I am getting another bill for a split delivery charge and HEAR THIS THEIR ENGINEER MADE SOME CHANGES AND THEY PROCEEDED WITH THE CHANGES WITHOUT CONSENT AND SENT ME ANOTHER BILL! With all the back and forth they threatened me to take legal action! WATCH OUT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

The events reported on this complaint are ludacris. The company, Fort Dallas Truss Co, demands proof of such accusations. It seems to the Company that this is all a hoax from our competitors. We would be more than happy to clear things up with this client, but we do demand proof of such accusations in order to determine how to resolve the situation, that is if there actually is a real life situation on hand.
