Fort Worth Custom Pools - Mike Miloser - Glen Bullard are frauds, liars and completely unconcerned with customer service. ripoff Fort Worth Texas
Ft. Worth Custom pools finished a pool in my yard July of 2006. In a short time the coping around my pool started chipping off and peeling away. Every day there is sand in my pool. This is ruining my pool equipment.
I have contacted Ft. Worth Custom pools numerous times in numerous ways--phone, fax, email. I have never in 2 months gotten a reply from them. I have personally addressed the email to Glen Bullard, the owner, only to be ignored.
Mike, the salesman, lied about just nearly everything he told me along the entire process, but unfortunately, I would learn that later.
Meanwhile, in less than 3 months time, the coping around my pool continues to deteriorate daily. The equipment continues to be ruined daily.
It is a known fact in my town that this coping they laid around my pool is defective and in fact, several other pool companies in town---the reputable ones that take care of their customers-have already replaced the coping around those pools.
I get ignored. They take responsibility for nothing and lie about what they have said.
I HIGHLY recommend anyone shopping for pools to STAY AWAY from this company to avoid the hassle I am going through just trying to get them to do the right thing and fix the damage to my pool. There is no possible way that in 3 months the coping should be falling apart and deteriorating at the rate it is, and with the ignoring me they are allowing my equipment to deteriorate as well.
When he advertises a "Quality" product with "personalized" service you can be sure that is a big lie!!

While the events that happened with the sand truck are unfortunate and tragic, Fort Worth Custom Pools should not be held accountable. All phases of construction are sub-contracted out to different companies who individually provide their own foremen. Due to the personal relation of the people involved in the incident, it is also extremely inappropriate for anyone to point fingers & claim incompetence on anyone's part. Please take into consideration that many people are mourning this child's loss and have heavy hearts without the added guilt from outside sources who are unaware of the complete circumstances.

I believe this is the same company that allowed a 12 yr. old child to crawl in to a sand truck and killed when he was sucked down by the augers.. As somebody who used to work in construction, I understand the importance of keeping a well supervised and tight construction site. This has caused a lot of heartache and could have been prevented by simple on site supervision.. I am sure there are many factors here but it falls back to improper supervision by the pool company...

Where is the sand coming from?If it is piling up around where the water returns to the pool, your sand filter is probably damaged internally.
Also,if Fort Wayne has a corporate office, file a written complaint with them as well.
