I agreed to and signed what was presented as a 10 day agreement datef Nov. 2016 to sell my house to this mother and son rip off team. Without my knowledge they added to the document and used it to file an affidavit and memorandum at the Tulsa County courthouse allowing them up to Jan.2019 to close on the property. After failed attempts to get them to release this ridiculous matter I retained an attorney to assist. At the time Brandon used two Dallas, TX addresses.; one of which is a UPS store that never heard of him or the company. The other was is home address where he was served. Renae was served at her home address. Final result was the affidavit was released but not without negative behavior from them.

They both got attorneys but Renee used an associate whom she works with on the We The People project . When that attorney examined my complaint she backed off and advised Renee to get someone else. Brandon played games by not properly signing the release to detain its purpose. He even told my title company that if I sell then I owe him cash. These people stop at nothing to get what they want. Because of her community connections Renee uses her friends to notarize signatures unlawfully. She register the LLC with the Oklahoma Sect. of State using her mother's address. These people are thieves in every sense of the word and the need to be revealed and shut down. While it is not illegal to cloud a title, it is illegal to confiscate the property in the manner they do and pretend to own it.
