Fortiline Toby Brutsman Incompetent and very unprofessional company Concord North Carolina
We contacted Fortiline about purchasing material for a couple commercial projects consisting of around 200,000 feet of flexspace. Since we set up a special purpose entity, we were required to fill out a credit applicaiton with Fortiline. We were contacted over about a 24 hour period by 4-5 differrent employees of Fortiline stating they would be handling our account and they would do their best to meet our order on schedule. Very confusing having so many different people stating they were our contact. When we replied to the Branch Manager and expressed our concerns, he forwarded our email to another employee stating they would be our contact!!! Who exactly is our contact?
Then we received an email from Toby Brutsman with everyone copied that we had spoken to over a the past couple days. Toby is the credit manager discussing our credit with his other employees copied on the email along with somone we have not spoken with. Is this legal?
We have years of construction experience and have dealt with numerous supply vendors and the level of professionalism by Fortiline is at the bottom of our list.
