Complaint Review: Fortino Solorzano (Eagle Granite and Marble

Fortino solorzano received my deposit $3,00 for Granite install; never bought materials and constantly changing the installation date and making excuses. I asked for my deposit back because I could not wait any longer as my home was in total chaos in preparing for the installation that has never happened. I was told by Fortino Solorzano that I was not getting my deposit back because he had spent the money, but did not have the materials to install my granite. He now refuses o return my deposit or install my granite countertops. I later found out he and his brother have been doing this scam for years in Dallas.
