Complaint Review: FORTINOS SUPERMARKET

What a rip off Fortinos is in Maple. Almost all their products were 15-80% higher in price. Distilled water...i.e-Sobeys,-.99 cents longos-1.29 Fortinos-1.99!!! Exact same size 4l. Pasta 20% more, Tomato paste Unico .49 cents around town....89 cents at Fortinos. There produce not even fresh and cost 20% more. Than when I went to the meat counter and there was 3 people sitting around talking no one to serve me...so one guy says thats not our department behind the counter (he is 8 feet down) so he calls the guy over and I choose the black angus steak I want...than I notice, he picks up the steak with his bare hands!!! No gloves. I snapped. Told him to wear gloves and he stood there with some dumb look on his face. When I brought the over priced items to each manager there. The answer I got..."Nothing we can do about it all prices governed by head office" What a bunch of morrons. Talk about not listening to your customer let alone violating health codes. Imagine what must go on when your not there if they carry on like this. Avoid Fortinos at all costs. Over priced no one cares and its like talking to a federal government worker, no one gives a sh_t!
