A copy of the letter I am sending to Fortis College,

I am writing you to inform you of the actions/inactions of your instructors and staff during my enrollment, that I and the courts, might consider fraudulent behavior by your methods of instruction and student preparation, at worse, and minimally a blatant breach of contract  In that: according to our mutually agreed upon contract you received $14,891.00 for providing me with the education necessary to obtain employment as a Medical Assistant, and to pay for my taking the mandated certification test, passage of which,  is required by potential employers.   In That: the education provided was a fraudulent facade perpetrated by your staff to give an appearance of educating, but in fact, was to allow incapable and ineligible students to graduate, notwithstanding their inability to obtain employment in the field because they were illiterate or had prior drug    In that: The students were provided computer programs that were incompatible with the equipment provided accompanied with  an instructor who was incapable of teaching and unfamiliar with the subject.                 In that students were given oral test with answers  to insure test passage and graduation even presenting me with a “Dean’s Award” and I was clueless.    In that: Your institution knowing the futility of the contractually promised expenditure of paying for me to take the state certification test, for at least eight months, lied, cajoled, and continuously misinformed me of pending test dates.
