 i totally agree with you melinda williams is a horrible boss and teacher. she treats everybody like crap and should be fired immediately. this is most unorganized and ghetto school in fla. i would take a dog there

At Fortis Institute, we make every effort to provide excellent customer service at all times, to our students, our clients, our staff, and our faculty.  We work by our core values:  integrity, student-focused outcomes, commitment, service excellence, and respect.  Our student salon is run by students and services are provided by students, with oversight by our qualified faculty members.  At times, difficult decisions must be made, and they are not always received positively.  Complainants are encouraged to discuss specific concerns with the Campus Executive Director, as we take complaints very seriously, and we pride ourselves in addressing concerns fairly and expediently.
