Complaint Review: Fortiva account services

Fortiva account services I made a payment on July 27, 2017 to my new Fortiva account (a few days before it was due). A payment rep called me saying my was past due. It was not!!!! She said the payment was declined and then, however my bank showed that it was removed by fortiva! Money I payed is GONE!!!!! Taken from my account not applied! Atlanta Internet

Fortiva took my money from my bank and did not apply it to my account. I used them for furniture I bought from American Signature Furniture. They continue to charge me interest. I got a call from them after I made a payment. The caller advised me my account was past due. I was shocked and immediately checked my account. The money was taken by Fortiva and I had a confirmation from my back. Fortiva told me to fax my bank statement. I faxed my bank statement and still continue to received calls. I called American Signature to let them know what I am experiencing. I will contact the BBB and put them on notice as well. 

Please do not use this company. If you did and you are reading this message, I am terribly sorry. Please post on Social media to save others. This company is a true ripoff!!!!
