Fortress Investments - Thomas Butler is what I would call a predatory lender he prays on people in a bad situation enters them into a contract dissapears and awnser his phone calls so you become in breach of contract falsifies documents and just plain lies to you American Fork Utah
In january of 2006 My husband and I signed a truth in lending statement w/thomas butler for the period of 72 months. aproxametly 7-8 months into the loan Thomas Butler moved to another location and would not awnser our phone calls so we could make payment we tried to refinance our house and lighthouse funding found tom for us. We caught up our loan payments only to be served with a notice of default. According to Butler we had a balloon payment due at the end of a year his proof, unsigned documents by us he is now forcing us into forclosure and I beleive that he is a fraud and legally has no wright to do so.
