On January 9th I ordered a pop up blow up bed from this company from an ad on Facebook. Sent in the debit card payment of $64.90 and got the confirmation of my order. Very nice little letter.
Checked the tracking yesterday (which was terribly difficult to locate on 4 sites) and it said it was to be delivered this morning to the individual or house, and it was. I received a little package from them with a cell phone charger cord in it. I have spent a few hours researching them and got enough info to verify the USA phone number given as belonging to some Chinese lady that I will call today in California, sent them an email to the address given and filled out a refund request on the return a product page on their website.
I see many many people have had a similar problem at a bigger loss of money then I had and have not heard from them or been able to get a refund. I didn't know I was ordering something from China so will do research on a company before I order anything again. Will not purchase anything knowingly from China ever again.
